We have a large library of Patterns that we can use to make a wide variety of products (for example Bushes, Flanged Bushes, Bearings and Signs).

We often make new castings from customer’s samples and can make simple patterns ourselves.

When necessary, we involve our patternmaking partners at an early stage, this makes a significant difference to the production process and ultimate quality of the castings, a high quality pattern reduces lifetime costs.

We store a large number of Patterns on behalf of our customers in a dedicated Pattern Shed or in the foundry itself, this service is free of charge.
